Steve worked to pass key legislation to help stabilize property taxes and steady Connecticut’s and Bridgeport’s financial footing, attracting new businesses to the region.

Steve secured over $100 million to rebuild our schools and tens of millions of dollars in investments to Bridgeport’s infrastructure, workforce and housing.

Steve will continue to press to improve our environment and clean up Black Rock Harbor. 

Steve is fighting to improve our health care system and make it more affordable to live in Bridgeport.

Steve strengthened Connecticut’s gun regulations, is standing up to hate and discrimination, and has led the efforts to increase fairness and transparency in policing and the justice system.

Steve is leading the charge to rebuild our economy and get people back to work, while preparing us to weather additional health and economic effects from COVID-19.
